Job Overview
We are seeking a highly structured and data-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support and optimize the company’s operational processes.
As a key player in our Operations team, you'll collaborate with departments like finance, technology, product, and customer success to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and enhance operational efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, FinTech/PropTech environment with tremendous growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret key metrics to provide actionable insights and drive decisions.
Project Management:
Lead and assist cross-departmental projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.
Business Systems Management:
Maintain and optimize internal systems, tools, and platforms for peak performance.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with other departments and external partners to align business objectives and foster seamless communication.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor business KPIs and benchmarks, delivering regular reports to leadership for ongoing improvements.
Operational Documentation:
Create and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent processes across the organization.
Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
Experience:
* 2+ years in operations, business analysis, or project management, preferably within FinTech, PropTech, or tech industries.
Skills:
* Solid knowledge of business operations and financial systems.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
* Excellent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfort with SaaS tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management tools).
Preferred:
* Experience in Tech/Startups.
* Fluency in English and additional languages.
