Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the delivery of SAP application support and maintenance services
2. Manage client relationships
3. Track KPIs and SLAs
4. Ensure services are delivered to the client's satisfaction
5. Lead project teams - Functional and Technical
6. Work on process improvements and automation ideas
7. Monitor progress of all the developments
8. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports
9. Ensure compliance with contractual service levels
10. Proactively mitigate risks and detect issues
