The Research Consulting Manager role is a first line management role, responsible for directing and reviewing the team’s work to achieve operational or research-centric targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department.The Research Consulting Manager will establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress. They will understand and explain policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team. The Research Consulting Manager will identify, propose and lead team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; participate and provideinput on strategic initiatives at the department-level.The Research Consulting Manager will establish a team that is famous for fostering good client relationships and aiming at continuously improving client experience. They will understand client’s objectives and priorities, and act as the client’s trusted advisor for research execution.Provide consulting to clients and ensure the research delivered best answers their central question: this includes proposal preparation and developing project plans (including timelines and deliverables) and supervising projects to on-time and on-budget successful completion.This is a hybrid role based in Madrid, Spain.
