You will report to the CMO and will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the brand''s position in the European market by driving visibility, engagement, and growth across key stakeholders, including point of sale representatives, installers, architects, and end users. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a complex, matrix driven organization where your skills will directly impact brand performance and market share.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management: Develop and execute the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market trends.Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the product portfolio, including launches, updates, and lifecycle management to meet market needs and drive differentiation.Marketing Plan Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans, integrating traditional and digital channels to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and sales goals.Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum return on investment.Communication Activities: Plan and execute communication strategies to enhance brand visibility across all touchpoints, including online and offline platforms.Event Management: Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase the brand and foster engagement.Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness and profitability.Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with point of sale teams, installers, architects, and industry partners to create brand advocates and drive loyalty.Agency Management: Oversee external agencies to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.Digital Marketing: Lead awareness, lead generation, and community engagement initiatives via digital channels, leveraging tools like SEO, social media, marketing automation, digital caigns, and analytics.Market Knowledge: Know the market and use that knowledge to activate succesfull marketing strategy.Key Qualifications and SkillsEducation:Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (e.g., Science).A postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing is a strong advantage.Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the bathroom industry or construction materials distribution channel. Strong background in brand management and digital marketing.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
