The Position
We are looking for a Brand Manager with a strong creative vision to shape and execute the brand strategy for our nutraceutical products. This role is pivotal in driving brand storytelling, ensuring visual consistency, and developing innovative campaigns that elevate our market positioning. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic thinking, creative direction, and marketing expertise, with experience in branding within the wellness, health, beauty, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
* Develop and execute a compelling brand strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and market goals.
* Lead the creative direction of the brand, ensuring all visual and messaging elements are distinctive, impactful, and consumer-centric.
* Maintain, refine, and evolve the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling to enhance market differentiation.
Market & Consumer Insights
* Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify creative opportunities for brand positioning and innovation.
* Translate consumer insights into branding strategies and campaign concepts that resonate with the target audience.
* Monitor competitor branding and creative strategies to keep the brand ahead of industry trends.
Campaign Development & Execution
* Lead the ideation, design, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, packaging, and experiential).
* Ensure all campaigns are visually compelling, emotionally engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
* Work closely with content creators, designers, and agencies to develop story-driven marketing materials.
Product Positioning & Brand Storytelling
* Define and communicate unique selling propositions (USPs) and value propositions with a strong creative narrative.
* Oversee the visual and packaging design of products, ensuring they reflect the brand’s aesthetics and consumer appeal.
* Drive innovation in branded content, influencer collaborations, and experiential marketing.
Cross-Functional & External Collaboration
* Work with designers, copywriters, videographers, and digital teams to maintain a cohesive brand image.
* Manage external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality creative outputs.
* Partner with innovation, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure branding efforts align with product innovation and distribution strategies.
Performance & Brand Evolution
* Establish key brand and campaign performance metrics (KPIs) to assess impact and engagement.
* Continuously refine branding strategies based on data insights, industry trends, and creative innovation.
* Stay ahead of emerging design trends, content formats, and visual storytelling techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Brand Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* 7+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in beauty, wellness, health, etc.
* Proven experience in art direction, creative storytelling, and campaign development.
Technical & Creative Skills
* Strong proficiency in branding, visual identity development, and content creation strategies.
* Experience with creative tools and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
* Understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media trends.
* Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, project management tools).
Personal Attributes
* Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual branding.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate strategy into creative execution.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire creative teams.
* Highly organized, with strong project management abilities.
Languages
* Professional proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
* Spanish conversational (B1 or higher). Additional languages are a plus.
