Sales Representative for Murcia and Central Zone
Enhance Yuksel Seeds' competitiveness in the Spanish market by collaborating closely with growers, distributors, and clients. Provide technical advice and training on the seeds and varieties offered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquisition, retention, support, and training of agricultural producers and distributors in the assigned areas.
2. Market prospecting to find potential clients, following management's criteria.
3. Performing loyalty-building tasks and actions to maintain the current client portfolio and keep business relationships active.
4. Providing technical advice and training to producers and distributors on the varieties offered by the company.
5. Technical support and trial monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
1. Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in companies within the sector.
3. Commercial experience and skills.
4. High level of English.
5. Basic office software skills (Office suite).

1. Availability to travel.
2. Ability to work autonomously.
3. Dynamic, open, responsible, and communicative attitude.
4. Experience and/or skills in technical training.
