Job Type : German Account Manager (On-site)
Working Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary : €21,000 annually with additional benefits totaling €3,000
Responsibilities :
* Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on growth and long-term retention.
* Identify and address client needs, selling appropriate services to enhance customer engagement.
* Proactively manage a sales pipeline to achieve and surpass growth targets.
* Explore new business opportunities through various sources, including client referrals and related companies.
* Ensure delivery of premium value aligned with client goals for a positive experience and advocacy.
* Understand client challenges and opportunities to enhance relationships.
* Operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
* Native-level German and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Experience working in or with the German market.
* Results-oriented with a proactive approach and a focus on exceeding targets.
* Creative thinker with a challenger mindset for identifying new business prospects.
* Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients at different sales stages.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively to optimize performance.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior executives.
* Proven ability to understand client needs and drive business growth.
* Previous sales experience is advantageous.
* Strong consultative sales skills and ability to innovate.
