E-COMMERCE MANAGER - MASSIMO DUTTI
Define, plan, and oversee the implementation of the global e-commerce strategy for Massimo Dutti, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and objectives. Lead and coordinate the e-commerce team to optimize product selection, merchandising, digital marketing, and performance metrics across all international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and manage the seasonal commercial strategy for the e-commerce channel, ensuring product selection and merchandising are adapted to the specific needs of each market.
* Lead the e-commerce team, including product managers and digital marketing specialists, to achieve business goals and maintain alignment across departments.
* Oversee stock planning, roll-out strategies, and collection updates to guarantee optimal inventory levels and maximize sales.
* Ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality product content, including graphic materials, descriptions, translations, and campaign assets, to enhance the customer experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Image, Marketing, and Logistics) to ensure seamless execution of the online commercial strategy.
* Develop and supervise comprehensive digital marketing and communication plans, coordinating web, social media, and promotional campaigns to strengthen the brand's online presence.
* Analyze web performance metrics and customer behavior, providing actionable insights to refine the e-commerce strategy and improve KPIs such as conversion rates and average order value.
* Stay ahead of fashion trends, e-commerce innovations, and digital tools to maintain Massimo Dutti's leadership in the online fashion industry.
Academic Background:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
* Master's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Commercial Management. Specialization in fashion companies will be highly appreciated.
Specific Knowledge and Skills:
* Proficiency in Spanish and English (high level required).
* Strong expertise in fashion, trends, and the retail industry.
* Excellent commercial acumen and leadership skills, with proven experience in managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced digital environment.
* Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, CRO platforms, or marketplaces will be highly regarded.
