Customer Service Intern

In brief, you will be responsible for:
1. Owning the full customer service cycle: from the initial order all the way to the order invoicing
2. Playing a pivotal role in the coordination between the client, vendor, logistics, and finance
3. Working hand-in-hand with the sales and finance team to prevent disputes and understand the difference in pricing
4. Coordinating cross-functional teams locally (Retail, R&D, planning, supply chain, logistics, and finance)
5. Act as a support to the customer service team with administrative support on an ad hoc basis and assist with customer service projects
Qualifications
Hard Skills & Capabilities
1. Relevant degree in Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
2. Proficient in Business English and Spanish
3. Great command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
4. Experience with SAP is a plus

Duration: 6 months (full-time) with the possibility of a 6-month extension
Salary: 600€ + Ticket Restaurante
