In this capacity, your missions are:
1. Control/management of the budget to ensure the OFCI spend is delivered in line with stated objectives and expectations.
2. Establish and validate the Vendor cost estimate through the use of in-house cost and project benchmark data.
3. Careful financial management and reporting.
4. Close integration with your internal OFCI team on accruals, cash flow, risk & budget allocations.
5. Insight and decision making driven by benchmarking.
6. Work to a standard reference design footprint wherever possible.
7. Clearly defined budget parameters and OFCI vendor selection to meet.
8. Apply lessons learnt from the outset to mitigate risk, setting the framework for informed decision making.
9. Development of bespoke procurement solutions to meet the needs of the project and the client.
10. Successfully deliver fast-track projects via a design & build and negotiated processes to deliver within client constraints.
11. Ensure all design changes and requests are communicated to the stakeholders and approvals received prior to implementation.
Desired skills and experience for this job:
1. Extensive experience delivering complex projects with various OFCI vendors and agreements.
2. Analysis capacity for risk detection or failure points is required, as well as the ability to search and propose solutions.
3. Leadership capacity to achieve objectives and milestone compliance.
4. Good communication and management skills of multidisciplinary work teams.
5. Experience in dealing with customers for reporting and decision-making.
6. Fluent in Spanish and English.
7. Open to frequent travels within EMEA.
