We are at a critical point of scaling, and more hospitals are trusting our product every day. Right now, we still have a large market to explore, and to keep fueling our growth, we need to strengthen the initial phase of the sales funnel by identifying potential strategic clients and focusing on executing high-quality proactive outreach.
That’s why we are looking for a Business Development Representative who can grow within the sales team with us and help us achieve our mission.
What You’ll Do
As our first dedicated BDR, your primary goal will be to drive new business opportunities by proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in expanding our sales pipeline and creating high-value opportunities for the team.
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, actively generating leads through cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and networking. Your mission will be to secure high-value meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a consistent and qualified sales pipeline.
As you navigate complex sales cycles, you will engage primarily with executive assistants and C-level executives. That’s why trust-based communication and a consultative sales approach will be essential to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify and engage potential clients, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our sales pipeline.
2. Be the first point of contact with healthcare organizations, introducing them to our AI-powered solutions and ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team.
3. Conduct targeted outreach via cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to generate interest and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Schedule high-value meetings for Account Executives by effectively navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with executive assistants and key stakeholders.
5. Research institutions and key industry players to tailor prospecting strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
6. Log and track all interactions in the CRM, ensuring a structured, data-driven approach to lead management and follow-ups.
Requirements
1. At least 2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role, preferably in healthcare sector.
2. Experience conducting proactive outreach and generating new leads through techniques such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, personalized email campaigns, and networking, engaging with C-Level decision-makers.
3. Strong hunter mindset—persistent, results-driven, and highly motivated to open doors and create new business opportunities in a complex sales environment.
4. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads, optimize outreach, and ensure structured follow-ups.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with executive-level stakeholders, including hospital managers, government officials, and healthcare executives.
6. Fluency in Spanish (native or C2 level) and proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively in an international environment.
7. Location based: Spain.
