About the role
We are looking for a Hospitality Associate to join our team and ensure that our homeowners have an outstanding experience with VIVLA. This role is key to building strong relationships with our owners, enhancing their satisfaction, and guaranteeing seamless property management. You will oversee everything from onboarding to personalized services, ensuring that every stay is exceptional.
What you’ll do
* Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, strengthening relationships and fostering loyalty within the VIVLA community.
* Manage the homeowner experience end-to-end, including onboarding, service coordination, bookings, welcome packs, and storage of personal belongings.
* Coordinate check-ins and check-outs for stays, rentals, and exchanges, ensuring personalized local services.
* Oversee housekeeping and report maintenance issues to keep homes in perfect condition.
* Provide timely support to homeowners, handling any issues or special requests.
* Collect, filter, and act upon homeowner feedback to continuously improve the experience.
* Visit VIVLA homes to inspect and ensure that all services meet the highest standards.
What you’ll need
* 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support and/or Hospitality.
* Strong ability to anticipate client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
* BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of the luxury real estate market and industry trends.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Proactivity and the ability to make quick and efficient decisions.
* Flexibility to work varied hours according to customer needs, including weekends.
* Willingness to travel and visit VIVLA properties.
* Fluent English is a must; an additional language is a plus.
Nice to have
* A network of contacts in the real estate or hospitality industry.
* Experience with CRM tools, channel managers, ticketing systems, and NPS surveys.
* Previous experience in a startup or tech company.
