Job Title: Trade Marketing Executive - Channel Strategy Development

Role Overview
We are seeking a Trade Marketing – Route to Market Executive in Madrid to develop and drive effective distribution strategies. The role will work closely with sales & marketing teams to optimize, cost-efficient, and aligned RTM with company's overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Channel Strategy Development: Contribute to design and implement effective strategies for each distribution channel (KA, retailers, etc.).
2. Lead Route To Market Projects: Implementation and optimization of Field Force territories, cluster classification recommendation and post implementation analysis while keeping a smart resource allocation mindset.
3. Trade Coverage Plan Development: Track, manage, recommendation, analyse and support for FF coverage, call rate and time per visit. Find opportunities in the current TCP and perform a proper solution, ensure the proper level of workload of the field force (saturation level for TCP perspective).
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to assure all activities (product launches, promotions) are performed with excellence across distribution channels while participate in field force strategy planning to improve the efficiency across various distribution channels.
Requirements
* Proven experience (3+ years) in route to market, trade marketing departments or a related role within a multinational or FMCG environment.
* Strong analytical background with excellent numerical skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
* Ability to think strategically, analyze long-term goals, and develop effective plans to drive business success.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with data analysis tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi (or similar).
* Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and get results.
* Proactive attitude and Problem solving skills.
* Leadership capabilities and a forward-thinking strategic approach.
