About the Role :
In this role, you will facilitate and ensure the success of internal strategic and transformation initiatives by continuously improving project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. As part of the European Project Management Team, you will collaborate with cross-border teams, supporting global business lines across industries and ensuring coordination and communication across all stakeholders. The team drives efficiency, defines project management models, and identifies optimization opportunities. Key Responsibilities :
* Oversee the execution of the internal strategic project portfolio at the European level, ensuring the structured management of international projects and priorities.
* Provide method and expertise to frame and execute projects, or specific project streams, on time, on quality and on budget.
* Establish project structures, governance, and manage key stakeholders.
* Set the pace in projects and strategic committees, engage stakeholders, and ensure actions are tracked to drive progress and efficiently meet objectives.
* Organize, prepare and manage meetings and workshops applying relevant techniques for insightful results.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for clients and management.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies within the international PMO team.
* Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide coaching to team members.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience :
* Master’s degree in Economics, Management or related fields.
* 5 years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, transformation or cross-functional projects.
* Proven ability to manage complex or international projects from initiation to completion.
* Strategic approach with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills.
* Ability to deep-dive into specific areas and drive operational impact when needed.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to lead workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
* Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
* Client focused and service-oriented approach, anticipating needs.
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, build trustful relationships and demonstrate strong influencing skills.
* Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
* Confidentiality.
* Strong English skills, both oral and written.
* French is a plus.
