Inspiring – Your Tasks:
* Promote Schaltbau's product portfolio to customers across Iberia in the rail, energy, industry, and mobility sectors.
* Manage key rail accounts, including coordinating international projects.
* Drive business growth and market share, with a focus on Design-In strategies.
* Provide technical consulting to customers.
* Build strong relationships with R&D, procurement, and C-level executives.
* Collaborate with local distributors and engage in business development, including occasional involvement in South American markets.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
* Period reporting such as Business Review, Forecasting, Planning, and Product Roadmap input.
* Participate in local exhibitions and industry organizations.
* Participate as a key member of the international Global Account Management team.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in electrical engineering or a related field; an MBA or similar business qualification is a plus.
* Proven experience selling electromechanical components to manufacturers in the rail, new energy, and mobility sectors.
* Solid B2B key account management and business development experience.
* Results-oriented, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks and set milestones, working effectively with international teams.
* Willingness to explore new business opportunities and travel, mainly within Spain, occasionally within Europe.
* Proficient in MS Office applications and fluent in English & Spanish, with a high level of written and verbal communication.
