About the role of the Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant: The F&B Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical and support services to the Director of F&B as well as general F&B operations. Will be responsible for working in all areas of F&B as needed to provide an excellent guest and member experience.
What you will do:
* Assist with day-to-day tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping related to F&B operations.
* Assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, conferences, and special occasions for F&B functions.
* Assist in compiling data and information for budget planning and inventory management.
* Assist with payroll, training, and all administrative processes related to F&B departments.
What you bring:
* Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
* A minimum of two (2) years working in Food & Beverage department.
* One + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
* Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
* Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
*This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in Mexico.*
