Responsibilities:
* Manage partner pipelines, detect new opportunities, and close deals successfully.
* Understand the partner market, competition, and reseller interests.
* Create partner loyalty and encourage certifications in business unit products.
* Collaborate with partners on campaigns, revenue generation, and opportunity identification.
* Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and co-marketing programs.
* Monitor partner marketing activities and propose investments with ROI analysis.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Norwegian and advanced in English.
* 2+ years of technical sales experience preferred.
* Familiarity with channel programs and partner management.
* Strong negotiation, communication (verbal & written), and presentation skills.
* Ability to meet goals using teamwork, motivation, and prioritization.
* Innovative, with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in channel environments, partner, and distributor knowledge is a plus.
What We Offer:
* Salary range: 23,000 - 31,000 gross / year + bonus and medical insurance.
* Full-time contract: 39 hours / week, Mon-Fri (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
