We are currently looking for a HR & HRBP & PAYROLL & ADMIN
Tasks
* Collaborate closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team.
* Provide international support and work collaboratively with the rest of the global HR colleagues.
* Knowledge of Spanish Employment Law.
* Assist in preparing employment contracts, contract addendums,payroll, leaves,etc
* Assist in the preparation for personnel administration i.e., various registrations with government entities, residency card application forms for EU national employees, health insurance, termination documents together with other required documents.
* Act as first Line Support on general HR queries (i.e. absence, vacation leave, sick leaves etc.)
Requirements
* HR, Law, or Psychology related degree.
* Experience working in an entry-level role in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably in the Technology industry - 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in english and spanish.
