In line with this legacy, the new Hampton by Hilton Alicante-set to open in 2025-is seeking a dynamic Director General to drive strategic initiatives that foster business expansion, operational excellence, and cultural evolution. In this role, you will be a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial leader responsible for empowering the team, collaborating closely with key business partners, and serving as a brand ambassador to ensure that every action aligns with our corporate values, policies, and local regulations.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
