The Role
We are seeking an EMEA Manager Compensation to enhance our Global Compensation team.
* This role reports to the Global Director Compensation and manages competitive and cost-effective compensation programs across the EMEA region.
* It involves engaging with stakeholders, partnering with business leaders, and deploying global initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including the EMEA HR team and business leaders, offering guidance on compensation matters to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert compensation advice to support business objectives, collaborating with HR partners to develop and implement effective solutions, ensuring adherence to guidelines for internal moves and recruitment.
3. Implement Compensation Programs: Implement and manage compensation programs in collaboration with Corporate and local HR teams, ensuring alignment with global policies and regional requirements.
4. Lead Regional Initiatives: Lead regional learning programs related to compensation, ensuring that teams are well-informed and trained on relevant topics.
5. Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the Compensation department and achieve organizational goals.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* CCP certification is a plus.
* At least 5 years of experience in compensation management or a related HR role, preferably within a multinational manufacturing company focusing on the EMEA region.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using key compensation tools (HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors, Excel expert).
* Familiarity with EMEA compensation regulations and practices.
* Knowledge of job grading systems and market compensation surveys (e.g., WTW/Mercer).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in English. Knowledge of German, French, and/or Spanish is a plus.
* Willingness to travel up to 15%.
