* On-going presence on the sales floor to provide TO’s and Club Rules for all sales presentations.
* Continue taking individual tours in accordance with compensation plan and Line-In-house Rules.
* Specialise in performance improvement feedback and proposals on all sales channels.
* Adhere, monitor, and enforce to all MVCI policies and procedures.
* To deliver superior customer service through professionalism in internal and external customer relationships.
Job Functions
TO’s & Club Rules:
* To provide TO’s at all stages of the sales presentations. This role is a resource & support for the sales executive taking the tour.
* To complete Club Rules for all new sales as they occur.
* To be an expert on all facets of the MVCI product and company to provide unsurpassed TO & Club Rules.
* Perform self-directed individual training on the product.
* Provide coaching and feedback to sales executive on a regular basis.
Individual Tours
* To continue with individual tours as performed as Sales Executives.
* A Sales Team Leader will be in title to take their owner referrals tours, additional tours can be taken based on business needs, language/nationality/peak-seasons, and will be assigned by the Sales Manager.
General
* Assist in recruitment and job interviews.
* Provide on-going training and coaching.
* Must support the Sales Associate program and constantly train team to ensure understanding and performance. Training will include, but not be limited to: Rides, round tables, training sessions only if agreed with Sales Manager, tapings, etc.
* Must support all sales disciplines through the entire sales process, including staying until all documents are completed. It is unacceptable to leave for the day while the salesperson is still with the client doing paperwork. If a question or concern arises, a TL must be there to support and assist.
* Work with less experienced Sales Executives to improve their sales process, strategy, script, and presentation skills. This may include providing specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as required and directed by sales management.
* Analyse problems and formulate a strategy and plan to minimize cancellations, be responsible for the entire follow-up process during the cooling-off period.
* Be responsible for consolidating sales process which includes, but is not limited to, effectively using sales techniques to encourage new purchasers to not cancel the sales contract within the rescission period.
* Provide comprehensive owner assurance and ensure timeliness of closings, work to overcome challenges of getting work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
* Closing at night. No TL should ever leave without checking out with Sr. Sales Team Leader. In addition, a TL should never leave property at any time of day without checking with a Sr. Sales Team Leader first.
* Appearance. Please always wear your name tags. TL must always be dressed and groomed professionally whenever on property.
* Accuracy and completeness of worksheets. Please support contracts by ensuring that every worksheet (proposal) is completely and accurately filled out prior to submitting it.
* Appearance of sales center. Please assume responsibility for keeping the sales office clean & tidy (straighten chairs, pick up debris, clean white boards, etc.).
* First day benefits, as well as E.O.Y. Prices need to be clearly presented on all tables, before the clients leave.
* Working the Floor. It is understood that TL’s will walk the floor to gauge the environment and needs of the team. However, a TL must wait for an associate to approach them and ask for their assistance.
* Voicemail and Email. Please check your voicemail on a regular basis.
* TL is responsible for the collection of referral leads on each contract.
* TL will be held equally accountable for post-sale follow-up.
* TL needs to contribute to a pro-active follow-up management to reduce cancellations.
* TL needs to make sure that GSS and AES scores remain at the company expected level and train, encourage, and coach the team to increase these scores.
* English plus working knowledge of one other language required.
