We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our expansion in Europe and the US, generate high-value partnerships, and lead commercial deployments of Star Robotics' innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating and executing a plan to expand our presence in Europe and the US.
* Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their challenges and aligning our solutions with their needs.
* Sales & Negotiation: Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
* Team Leadership & Growth: Manage and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Market Expansion: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new markets, industries, and applications.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align business strategies with product capabilities.
* Representation & Events: Represent Star Robotics at industry fairs, trade shows, and networking events to position our brand in the market.
* Knowledge in AI and automation tools will be valued.
About You
* B2B Sales & Technology Expert: At least 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the technology, robotics, AI, or automation sector.
* Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience leading and managing teams, ensuring they meet and exceed commercial goals.
* Soft Skills & Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate, influence, and inspire teams and clients.
* International Experience & Network: Proven ability to develop business in Europe and/or the US, with an established network of contacts in the industry.
* Strategic & Autonomous: Able to identify opportunities, create strategies, and execute them independently, without constant supervision.
* Negotiation & Closing Skills: Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts.
* Data-Driven & Goal-Oriented: Strong ability to track KPIs, analyze market trends, and drive measurable growth.
* Bilingual English & Spanish required (additional languages are a plus).
* Available to Travel: Frequent travel to attend meetings, industry events, and support business expansion.
* Driver's License Required.
