**Manufacturing Coordinator Role at INSUD PHARMA**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to join our Packaging team at our plant in Azuqueca de Henares.
About the Role:
* Schedule and supervise the manufacturing plan, ensuring that volume, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
* Control manufacturing processes on each shift, coordinating with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance.
* Supervise production schedules and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes to meet quality specifications.
* Organize available personnel resources and make necessary changes to optimize performance of equipment and avoid line stoppages.
* Investigate incidents, deviations, and OOS analytical findings, notify Quality Assurance for batch release, and take appropriate decisions to solve them.
* Propose improvements to operation, equipment, and facilities.
* Communicate and coordinate equipment breakdowns with internal personnel and external maintenance providers.
* Develop manufacturing processes and equipment, establishing critical parameters and ranges for new products and improvements.
* Review work procedures related to manufacturing equipment and production processes, and train personnel in their correct use.
* Perform audits with Quality Assurance to defend the quality system.
* Advise on new projects and direct implementation of new processes until they are put into production.
* Organize and supervise generation of manufacturing documentation, delivering it to Quality Assurance for batch approval.
Requirements:
* Degree in Natural Sciences/Engineering or Technical Engineer.
* Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Industry highly valued.
* Languages: Spanish essential, Advanced English.
* Experience: +4 years of experience in people management positions in production in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Specific knowledge: Industrial management.
* Travels: Open to travel occasionally.
* Personal skills: Ability to work in a team and autonomously, dynamism, multitasking, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving.
