Own the entire sales process: from prospecting to closing deals.
Develop & expand key accounts in the European market.
Identify new business opportunities: manufacturers, brands & distributors.
Build strong client relationships & negotiate win-win deals.
Work closely with teams across Jeanologia to deliver top-notch client solutions.
Use CRM & data-driven insights to boost sales performance.
Travel across Europe, attending key industry events & client meetings.

WHAT YOU BRING
* 3-5 years in B2B sales or business development (industrial or textile sector preferred).
* A hunger for learning & career growth—this role is a stepping stone to leadership.
* CRM and data driven.
* International experience.
* Fluent in English (C1-C2) & Italian—other languages? Big plus!
* Willing to travel internationally and expand your network.
* Strong negotiation & communication skills—you sell with clarity & impact.
* Proactive, dynamic & results-driven—you love a challenge.
