What success looks like in this role:
• Provides technical, process and operational expertise to the Network Support function.
• Provides end-to-end support on the resolution of complex issues – from problem identification, evaluation, solution generation, testing and deployment through to evaluation and issue mitigation.
• Addresses the most complex and challenging issues associated with hardware, software and application installation, configuration, operation and maintenance.
• Supports overall system design from a network support and end-user ease-of-use standpoint.
• Proactively identifies and addresses the system implications of hardware, software and other upgrades or changes.
• Partners with manager to evaluate the type of tickets submitted, resolved and rejected, looking for trends and opportunities to improve the team’s overall efficiency.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
High School Diploma or GED required.
May require technical certification or Associate Degree.
Generally, 4-6 years’ experience in area of responsibility.
