The CN Spain team is currently looking to fill a permanent Facilities Manager position.
This position will report directly to the EMEA Facilities Director position and will maintain a dotted line at local level with the VP Finance Business Partner position.
POSITION MISSION
The Facilities Manager is tasked with ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all company facilities and services, aiming to provide an optimal working environment for employees and clients, while minimising costs and maximising resource utilisation.
The Facilities Manager oversees the proper functioning of facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards. Additionally, they manage the lifecycle of facilities, aiming to maximize operational efficiency and reduce costs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS
Facilities:
* Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, buildings, equipment, security systems, and other assets.
* Coordinate necessary repairs and improvements to facilities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
* Manage contracts with external service providers such as cleaning companies, security, maintenance, etc.
Spaces :
* Plan and optimize the use of available physical space, ensuring facilities meet safety and functionality requirements.
* Coordinate the relocation of equipment and furniture as per business needs.
* Manage, adapt, or design building spaces according to organizational requirements.
Security:
* Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to protect employees, clients, and assets.
* Coordinate regular safety inspections and corrective actions to comply with regulations.
General Services:
* Supervise the management of general services such as reception, courier services, office supplies, etc., ensuring high quality and efficiency.
* Supervise service contracts, office supplies procurement, and workspace coordination.
Budget Management:
* Develop and manage the budget of the Facilities Management department.
Environmental Management:
* Implement initiatives to promote environmental sustainability in company operations, such as recycling programs, energy efficiency, etc.
Fashion Warehouse:
* Supervise fashion warehouse management, define processes, manage fashion productions, deliveries, returns, and coordination with other departments.
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience of at least 5 years in similar roles of facility management.
* Deep knowledge of safety and health regulations and regulations in the workplace.
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (desirable).
* Very high level of English, both oral and written.
