Description: You will be part of the Operations team at Lantek and will be responsible for the coordination of internal programmes and tools across multiple projects to ensure alignment with the organisation's objectives.
The main duties are:
1. Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
2. Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
3. Design, implement and improve processes continuously.
4. Communicate with the different offices and departments to coordinate improvements in corporate processes.
5. Design, implement and analyze KPIs and business metrics to identify improvement activities.
6. Create and manage objectives associated with KPIs.
7. Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or similar.
2. MBA or similar specialization studies are valued.
3. A certification in Project Management (such as PMP certification) will be valued.
4. Experience in Project Management will be an asset.
5. Experience in Team Management will be an asset.
6. Experience working with and parameterizing ERP systems as well as project management, service, and BI tools.
7. Knowledge of JIRA.
