Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute lifecycle, triggered, and monthly planned campaigns that cater to specific consumer needs.
* Collaborate with designers to ensure user-friendly and mobile-responsive campaign layouts.
* Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance.
* Work closely with the Personalization Lead to continually improve our personalization strategy and platform.
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in executing personalized email, in-app, push, and web marketing campaigns.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Adobe, Braze, or Oracle.
* Basic understanding of data segmentation, attribution, and SQL knowledge.
* Intermediate HTML skills and strong analytical abilities.
