Collaborating with Denmark's largest integrated telecom company, your primary focus will be maintaining and growing their BSS system to create new business capabilities.

Your Role as a Technical Consultant
As a Technical Consultant, your primary responsibilities will be to:
* Maintain and develop the telecommunications BSS system (Cerillion) where new product offerings are stored, as well as the core telco processes related to the product catalog and provisioning
* Configure, troubleshoot and manage product packages, workflows and provisioning in the platform
* Troubleshoot technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
* Use SQL for database querying and management
* Utilize ticketing systems to manage and prioritize support requests
* Deliver technical support to sales teams and other stakeholders
* Work in agile methodologies with members of the team
* Collaborate with key stakeholders in this business-critical project
You will collaborate closely with key teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical functionality. Your role will also include supporting our customer in their efforts to offer an optimal product mix and launch new products aimed at driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
You'll work in a hybrid setup, combining onsite days at our Madrid office with remote collaboration with teams in Denmark. Periodic travel to Denmark is part of your onboarding and continued collaboration, allowing you to connect with colleagues and immerse yourself in our company culture. Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Fluent English
* SQL knowledge and experience
* Programming concepts and fundamentals
* Understanding of system integration concepts (API, REST, JSON)
* Basic Excel skills
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Experience working in diverse, international teams
* Responsibility, proactivity, and ability to think abstractly
* Availability to travel occasionally to Denmark for client meetings and team-building activities
If you are familiar with Cerillion platform, JBoss, Linux environments, billing systems, Ansible, Liquibase, and other CI/CD tools, as well as testing and automated testing experience, it is a plus, but not a requirement.
