Role Overview: Lead the development of the brand in Spain, including strategic and long-term planning, communication, portfolio management, and short-term execution with the marketing team. Accountable for the income statement from top to bottom line.
1. Team Management: Manage a team of 12 people from diverse backgrounds (Communication, Business Development, and Innovation).
2. Strategy: Shape, develop, and communicate the strategy to the organization, internal stakeholders, and external distribution.
3. Purpose and Communication: Nurture the brand's purpose and develop communication initiatives for the upcoming years, leveraging social initiatives through the Foundation.
4. Develop 360º Plans: Create 360º plans with clear impacts in Off-trade and On-trade channels, in collaboration with trade-marketing teams.
5. Innovation Pipeline: Define the brand's future innovation pipeline for the next three years and collaborate with the Innovation Team on the launch plan.
6. Marketing Leadership Team: Contribute to the Marketing Committee, adding value from a broader business perspective.
7. Transversal Initiatives: Lead and participate in transversal initiatives outside the marketing scope.
