We are seeking a highly organized Talent Administrator to support our global Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a seamless and efficient recruiting and hiring process, particularly during high-volume recruitment ramps.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the assessment process for temporary hiring, including test management.
* Keep tests up to date and track applicant data to ensure the success of the hiring campaign.
* Initiate the interview scheduling process in partnership with our Talent Coordinator.
* Sometimes source and screen candidates, managing their applications efficiently and conducting thorough assessments.
* Review work permits for Non-EU candidates, guiding them through the process (forward, reject, or raise a query).
* Manage rejection communications with unsuccessful candidates and collaborate with HR to onboard selected candidates.
* Assist candidates in obtaining a Social Security Number (SSN) by completing necessary paperwork.
* Obtain and verify Flexible Work Agreements (FWA) for new employees and assist in completing SEPE forms.
* Manage the process to obtain NIE numbers for new employees, ensuring certificates and TA1 forms are approved and signed.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a multicultural environment with high-volume requests.
* Experience with or comfort using recruitment workflow in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and various tools (external platforms, SharePoint, Slack, Google Drive, internal reporting tools, etc.).
* Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
* Desirable: Experience with volume recruitment and large-scale assessment processes.
* Mandatory: Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.
