An international company in the industrial sector is looking for a Quality Director.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System Development: Create, implement, and sustain the QMS to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory obligations. Define quality policies, procedures, and frameworks that align with the company’s goals and established best practices.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team, providing direction and support to facilitate efficient performance. Deliver training and mentorship to develop their expertise and capabilities.
3. Project Oversight: Evaluate and approve inspection and testing plans, ensuring they meet project standards and satisfy client requirements.
4. Non-Conformance Management: Detect, record, and address non-conformances, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective measures are executed effectively. Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality concerns swiftly and avoid recurrence.
5. Audit and Compliance: Perform routine internal audits to confirm compliance with the QMS and identify opportunities for enhancement. Coordinate preparation and management of external audits conducted by clients, regulators, or certifying bodies.
6. Reporting and Documentation: Produce detailed reports for senior leadership and clients, including assessments of quality trends, challenges, and implemented corrective actions. Guarantee that all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available for audits and inspections.
7. Others: Monitor customer, plant, and group quality indicators and establish actions in the event of deviations from the target value that require such actions. Establish action plans for the achievement of the objectives when the actual situation is far from the target values or as a way to achieve the expected result of such indicators and objectives. Promote quality culture to all stakeholders in the commercial affiliate.
Requirements:
1. Pharmaceutical or chemical background
2. Knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines
3. Languages: English Fluent / Native Spanish
4. Professional experience: At least five years of experience in Quality Areas in the Pharmaceutical industry with experience in GDP and in international activities.
5. Management or Deputy experience.
