About our partner
On behalf of our partner LPS (Loyalty Partner Solutions), we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. LPS creates loyalty management software for companies such as Lufthansa, Deutsche Bahn AG, PAYBACK and international air carriers such as China Southern Airlines and United Airlines. With the company headquarters in Munich (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Malaga (Spain).
What you'll be doing
* Work with a diverse team to develop and deliver solutions tailored to our international airline customers' needs.
* Understand the customer requirements and needs to derive test design and scenarios and define acceptance criteria with the product owner and development team.
* Support the team in defining and executing automated and manual test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality.
* Review test design and test code authored by other team members.
* Maintain, improve, and enhance the Java-based test suite, adapting it to meet evolving technical and business requirements.
* Actively contribute to the team's continuous development and improvement in technical and organizational areas.
* Demonstrate self-sufficiency in managing tasks and take the initiative to identify and resolve issues proactively.
* Support the team to define and execute automated and manual test scenarios.
* Be open to change and help to make the team better day by day.
* Optimize the working procedures based on commercial needs.
What you'll bring
* Relevant experience in testing complex software applications.
* Minimum of 3 years in testing complex software applications.
* 3 years experience in Java development.
* Core Java knowledge.
* Experience in Whitebox testing on Java projects.
* Customer Orientation and Agile Mindset.
* Strong problem-analyzing skills as well as strong ownership to resolve problems.
* Experience with performance testing tools (DynaTrace, Jmeter etc).
* Proficiency with relational databases, including Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
* Experience with cloud-based software, particularly AWS, is highly desirable.
* Loyalty/CRM or Airline background is desirable.
* Good communication skills and personal responsibility.
* Excellent English is a prerequisite, fluent German a plus.
* Tech Stack: Java, shell scripting, SOAP and REST web services, Oracle and Postgres databases, JUnit, maven, git, Jira, Jenkins, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
