To be the Administrator of the office, reporting to the Office Manager. Ensure the office is maintained and runs effectively and efficiently, including managing all supplies and stationery.
Responsibilities include inputting data onto the database, filing, answering phones, and general office duties.
Tasks
1. Work with and report to the Office Manager to ensure an efficient and effective office.
2. Answer the phone, speak to all customers, and help resolve queries until finalization.
3. Keep the database up to date with any changes in various parties and produce member documents.
4. Perform adhoc administrative duties.
Requirements

Looking for a part-time office-based member of staff; the position will consist of 20 hours per week.
