THE ROLE
Join our Sales team in Spain! We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to maximize sales volume and gross margin across all digital ink product lines. The role involves building strong relationships with high-value clients, executing sales strategies, and enhancing the brand’s reputation within the territory Spain and Portugal. Your responsibility will include:
* Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with product offerings
* Collaborate with the technical team and internal stakeholders to create multiple touchpoints with clients
* Develop and implement a comprehensive territory coverage plan to efficiently manage all accounts and prospects
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of key accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers
* Forecast sales and prepare an annual sales budget for products within the territory
* Participate in exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services
* Provide monthly activity reports to management, including competitive analysis and market trends
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while seeking innovative ways to improve customer service

YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Several years of sales experience; familiarity with the digital textile and graphics markets is a plus
* Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
* Strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills; excellent communication abilities
* Results-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, with a strong understanding of market dynamics
* Willingness to travel approximately 4-5 days per week, including occasional international travel for training and meetings
