The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid different companies from different sectors in their success using our products (Customer Communication Management platform, Queue Management systems, Digital Signage solutions). This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
1. Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
2. Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
3. Find and meet potential new customers to identify opportunities for growth within our Solutions.
4. Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts and new business.
Qualifications
1. Previous account management experience within the IT Industry (HW/SW/Services).
2. Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
3. Willingness and ability to travel (10%).
4. Spoken and written English is a prerequisite for dealing with international customers and partners.
