We are looking for a Floor Supervisor for our Store in El Corte Ingles - Marbella, a key figure who will lead the sales team with energy and determination, ensuring a distinctive customer experience and a perfect balance between aesthetics and performance.
The Floor Supervisor will report directly to the Area Manager and will be responsible for maintaining high standards of presentation and service, inspiring the team, and contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives.
ACTIVITIES:
Ensure Stone Island's Sales and Service standards are embodied consistently;
Drive Store sales and productivity through key KPI management (Sales, UPT, Conversion, Client Data Capture, Productivity and Inventory);
Provide motivation to sales team and lead by example at all times;
Support in the recruiting and development of a team that will drive store sales and deliver an elevated level of service while building customer loyalty and developing new customers;
Effectively coach and ensure all store staff complies with company initiatives (Training and Selling Programs, CEM, CRM etc.);
Responsible for daily operations ensuring efficiency and protection of company assets through schedule management, inventory management, cash management, shipping and receiving, adhering to business needs and company policies and procedures;
Analyse reports (sell-through and productivity) to strategically drive and grow business.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
From 5 years Retail experience;
Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook);
Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
Analytical skills as to analyse sales reports and perform fundamental calculations;
Strong attention to detail;
Excellent and sophisticated communication skills.
