What we are looking
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the BU Director to have seamless operations, maintain a strong and trustful customer relationship and deliver reporting to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams (BU level and European level)
What will you do on a day-to-day
* Operations Control: Oversee the end-to-end operational processes, monitor daily operations in order to identify risks, develop procedures to improve productivity, ensure SLA ́s signed within customer agreements and collaborate with internal teams (ops, finance, HR,...) to ensure smooth execution and increase internal coordination
* Reporting: Analyze KPI ́s, generate reports related to operations excellence and reports to our European team (levers e.g.), prepare performance reviews per customer and provide insights through data analysis
* Customer relationship management: Address customer concerns and complaints, anticipate future customer needs, identify possible up-selling opportunities and prepare customize solutions to meet expectations and improve coordination and results
