Mission
To lead, within the commercial team led by the CCO, the Nanook Spain International Business Unit, heading its tendering team to maximize the conversion rate, actively managing the “key accounts” and building loyalty through quality.
Key Responsibilities
Developing International Proposals:
* Lead the creation of highly competitive and persuasive business proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each international market to maximize the % conversion rate.
* Conduct a thorough analysis of the needs and expectations of international clients, considering the cultural and business particularities of each region.
* Ensure proposals reflect the company's unique value proposition and adapt to the standards and regulations of each market.
International Project Management:
* Lead the presentation of proposals to international clients, adapting communication to different cultures and time zones.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
* Manage the logistics and cultural aspects of international events.
* Recruitment A players team int competitions, organization and talent development.
Developing International Networks:
* Cultivate an extensive network of contacts in the global events industry.
* Represent the company at international events and conferences to increase visibility and generate new business opportunities.
* Development of the commercial relationship with the assigned commercial accounts (key accounts), through an active management based on the quality of the projects.
Required Qualifications
* +7 years of experience in the international events industry, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and projects in global markets.
* Full proficiency in at least English and Spanish, other languages would be an asset.
* Solid knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the international events industry.
* Proven record of extensive expertise in proposals preparation and strong ability of managing various projects at the same time.
* Experience working in multicultural environments and managing virtual teams.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
* Intercultural skills and the ability to adapt to different cultures and working styles.
* Driven, charismatic with strong presentations skills.
