The IT Contract Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of our IT Contracts, covering software, hardware, and essential service agreements. This role focuses on ensuring seamless contract lifecycles, managing renewals, identifying improvement opportunities, and guaranteeing that our partnerships stay aligned with our business goals.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Manage contract lifecycles, from creation, approval, and routing to final execution and storage, to ensure timely renewals.
* Coordinate contract drafting and revisions in close collaboration with legal, procurement, and IT teams.
* Maintain and enhance the central repository of IT Contracts, tracking renewal dates, highlighting rationalization opportunities, and identifying potential early renewals.
* Act as a key business partner between Procurement, Legal, and IT departments, ensuring that commercial and regulatory requirements are well-integrated.
* Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on contract processes, assisting with the selection of contract templates and ensuring approvals align with internal guidelines.
* Identify and mitigate risks by ensuring all contracts comply with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
* Lead operational process improvements to streamline contract lifecycle management, capturing any outlier agreements to ensure consistency.
To be successful in this role, you have:
* A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* 4-5 years of experience in contract management, ideally with exposure to IT or strategic sourcing.
* Strong command of contractual terminology, legal processes, and best practices.
* Proven organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple contract deadlines efficiently.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; experience in an international environment is a plus.
