We are looking for a dynamic Business Consultant to help scale Sortlist in the Spanish market. This role is based in the heart of Madrid, offering you the chance to make a real impact in an exciting and growing market.

Your Responsibilities:
* Leverage your enthusiasm and persuasiveness to build and manage a client portfolio of Spanish B2B service providers, mainly focusing on digital, web, and creative sectors.
* Lead the entire sales process for new business, from prospecting to closing deals, while focusing on account management to grow and nurture your existing portfolio.
* Understand the unique goals of your clients and provide tailored solutions that drive long-term success and meet their strategic needs.
* Use a mix of communication channels - including email, video calls, LinkedIn, and phone - to maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Report directly to our Sales Manager for South Europe and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional results.
* Focus on working with warm, pre-qualified leads, offering personalized solutions and support throughout the sales process.
Your Profile:
* You have a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results, with a keen focus on client satisfaction.
* You are adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* 0-3 years of experience in sales is preferable; however, relevant internships or academic projects will also be considered.
* You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* You are comfortable making calls and engaging with clients to build lasting relationships.
* A good knowledge of digital marketing, agencies, or related industries is a plus.
* Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (because our company language is English). Additional language skills (Dutch, German, French, or Italian) are a big plus.
