Description
The main functions will be:
1. Manage accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
2. Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring compliance with Spanish tax regulations.
3. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, verifying transactions against contracts and procurement processes.
4. Compile and analyze financial statements to support business decision-making.
5. Generate ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
6. Handle budgeting, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
7. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
8. Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
9. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and cross-referencing multiple databases for optimization.
Profile
We need:
1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Additional certifications (CPA, CFA, or MBA) are a plus.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Experience in ERP SAGE 200 is a plus.
5. International experience is highly valued.
6. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
7. Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
9. Ability to manage workload efficiently and work under pressure when necessary.
