As an SAT instructor, you will be expected to:
1. Teach material based on the new digital SAT format.
2. Instruct students in a dynamic and supportive manner, adapting to students' needs and keeping them engaged with the material both online and in person.
3. Motivate your students through a results-oriented, time-tested Princeton Review curriculum in order to build stronger, more confident learners.
4. Model professionalism and accountability at all times by showing up to class on time, replying to students in a timely manner, and holding students accountable for assignments.
5. Create an open, safe, and positive learning environment.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or pursuing one.
2. Confident and engaging discussion leader.
3. Excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
4. Availability on nights and/or weekends.
5. Access to a reliable internet connection and computer in a reliably quiet location.
6. Live within 30 miles of an in-person course location and work in person when requested.
7. Applicants must pass a timed subject specific content exam.
8. Successful completion of a 6-week Instructor Certification course upon hire.
9. Experience learning or teaching in an online platform preferred.

Compensation:
Pay: $35-$50 per hour, based on credentials and geographic location. The company does not provide benefits for this position. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.
