We are looking for a talented Global Key Account Manager, you will be an important player acting as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless warehousing operations across multiple regions and driving customer satisfaction and growth opportunities globally.
The successful candidate for this role will be based in Madrid, with the flexibility to travel globally as required (approximately 30%-40% travel).

WE NEED YOU ABLE TO DO:
* Customer Relationship Management, build and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the customer at all levels (from operational to C-suite).
* Act as the main bridge between the client and regional internal teams to ensure service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
* Focus on Operational Excellence, overseeing the global warehousing operations for the client, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
* Collaborate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure optimal performance and resolve escalations effectively.
* Ensure one-page global approach to the customer based on best practice exchange between internal regional network.
* Be in charge of Strategic Account Development, identifying new business opportunities and upsell additional services (e.G., value-added services, technology integration, or additional warehouse locations).
* Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and KPI performance reports to the client.
* Follow up the potential requirements of the customer ensuring homogeneous response across the industry and regional management implication.
* Financial Management, monitoring the account’s P&L to ensure profitability while meeting customer expectations.
* Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with regional teams to maximize value for both parties.
* Focus on Cross-functional Collaboration, working closely with logistics, warehousing, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with the industry strategy.
WE WILL MAKE THE PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:
* 5+ years of experience in key account management, ideally in the logistics/supply chain sector.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
* MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
* Fluent to speak and write in Spanish and English.
* Strong background in managing global or multi-regional accounts, particularly in the fashion or retail industry .
* Proven track record of overseeing complex warehousing operations or distribution networks.
* Extensive experience and knowledge of the e-commerce logistics environment, including functional areas such as last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, inventory management, and omnichannel fulfillment .
* Strategic Thinking :
Ability to align operational goals with the client’s strategic objectives.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Strong skills in commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract management.
* Project Management :
skilled in handling multiple projects with global coordination.
* High customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Cultural sensitivity to operate effectively in a global environment.
