We believe that success starts with a sound team and that an inclusive and diverse workplace moves us all forward.Roles and ResponsibilitiesRole: Audio Visual Operations Technician Below are the roles and responsibilities that Contractor’s onsite AV MSP to execute in their day to day activities.Escalation contact for any AV equipment issues that other support teams at our client site cannot resolve on their own.Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting for AV systems.Manage and coordinate physical installation of AV equipment.Execute ad hoc AV installation requests.Decommission and transport AV equipment for room refreshes.Manage and upkeep AV storage and spare stock across EMEAManage AV equipment shipping and receiving across our clients European offices.Troubleshoot and maintain integrated audio systems in conference rooms (QSYS, AES67, DANTE).Communicate any configuration change to the client and create backups.Troubleshoot and repair Crestron hardware and software (post-programming)- Experienced in Crestron Toolbox and related hardware support (including but not limited to DM, NVX, Touch Panels, TX/RX pairs, HDMD, HDBT etc.)Track all requests and issues through Zendesk ticketing and communicate with the team through Slack-Ensure that the correct information is being logged in all tickets-Provide data to aid FTE in delivering specific reporting metrics-Monitor AV ticketing queue and resolve tickets in a timely manner-Monitor Slack channels and communicate needs and updates to the teamGoogle Meet Admin support.Assist with commissioning and turn over of new conference rooms and specialty spaces.Troubleshoot and repair LED wall equipment (Sedna, Samsung, Planar).Qualifications and SkillsComfortable working within Enterprise Google Suite(software and hardware).Experience installing and maintaining audio visual equipment in a corporate environment and an understanding of audio/video signal flow.Experience working with Crestron equipment, audio DSP’s and Dante/AES67 microphone systems.Experienced with all aspects of Commercial AV installation including cable pulling, rack building, cable management, various types of terminations (RJ45,DB9), structural accommodations/modifications, device installation, etc.Experience working with Crestron control and video distribution systems.Ability to load system code and firmware.Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues.Experience working with QSC and Shure audio systems.Ability to load and configure DSP projects.Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues.Experience working with LED walls Ability to troubleshoot hardware related issuesDemonstrated project management experience with large projects, organizational skills and an ability to maintain standards.Experience working with and managing various vendors, suppliers and integrators.Understanding of networking technology, video transmission over network.Experience working with Mac OS, Windows, and Chrome OS.Interpersonal & Professional AttributesWillingness to embrace our clients culture of giving and receiving candid feedback from colleagues.Ability to adapt and work well with varied personalities.High level of professionalism and maintaining composure under pressure.Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision; must be a motivated self-starter who can initiate ideas and take ownership of work.Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate escalations/project statuses to site leads.Ability to work well in a team environment, including talent, producers, and directors, under strict time deadlines.Current Technical RequirementsGoogle Meet / Conference Room HardwareASUS Google Meet KitGoogle Series One Room KitChromebase for Google MeetGoogle Meet qualified peripheralsDesk27Board 65CrestronQSCShureCiscoLED WallsPlanarSamsungSNASednaDigital SignageApp spaceCrestron Scheduling PanelsLogitech TapInstalled Audio SystemsSoundtrack your BrandQSCDanteAES67Video Conferencing PlatformsGoogle MeetZoomWHY YOU’LL LIKE WORKING HEREPaid holidays, sick days accordingly to regulations Enjoyable and dynamic company cultureTraining and professional development opportunities MORE ABOUT USAVI-SPL is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
