Job Title: Cluster Lead
The Cluster Lead is accountable for the delivery and deployment of quality workstream across Global Supply Chain network. This role will work closely with other process cluster leads, functional leads, BI/SI partner and business units to ensure successful implementation of target state processes and unlock business benefits.
This role encompasses all GSC geographic locations and works in a highly matrixed team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leads a team of Global Process Owners (GPO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to deliver harmonised processes for GSC quality function within S/4 HANA template across Medicines and Vaccines.
* Ensures adherence to global S/4 HANA template by taking an adopt not adapt approach to process design for successful transition from SAP ECC.
* Accountable for ensuring business requirements for GSC Quality are delivered and collaborating with functional teams to translate these into template build and resolve design issues.
* Communicates escalates and resolves compliance and quality issues through proper governance forums.
* Engages and manages key stakeholders within GSC through each phase of programme to ensure alignment and smooth transition to new ways of working.
* Accountable for timely delivery of satellite projects as pre-requisites to global template deployment.
* Ensures end-to-end alignment across ERP programme and other systems supporting process such as laboratory execution systems (LES), eQMS etc.
* Works closely with sites across GSC network to ensure adherence to global processes, deploy successfully and minimise local variation.
* Delivers process SOPs and related documentation to required standards defined by programme.
* SUPPORTS development of education and training materials and deployment methodology.
* Flags reviews and resolves key business risks issues and inter-dependencies working closely with GSC Programme and Integration Leads.
* Ensures programme benefits are delivered through implementation of quality processes.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in technology or business.
* Significant experience in managing large complex transformation projects.
* In-depth knowledge of Global Supply Chain Quality processes and operating model within GSK.
* Proven leadership ability including skill to articulate ideas to business and gain change buy-in.
* Strong examples of coaching facilitating guiding others directing leading mentoring others inspiring business leader with deep understanding of GSK's operations and ways of working.
* Organised structured thinker with attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both business and technical contexts.
* People influencing skills.
* Strong stakeholder management ability to drive alignment across functions/domains.
