At OXIGENT TECHNOLOGIES, we are looking for a Regional Service Representative for UPS that is responsible to provide professional on-site services for UPS range of products produced by the company for its customers and their projects (mainly Data Center). This includes commissioning, technical on-site analysis & suport, supervision during installation and resolving customer’s issues. The role is primary focusing on complex & critical projects in a field of Secure Power installations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches). What are you core activities? Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the entire secure power (UPS) product range Evaluate unit’s installation (e.g. the quality of connections, assembly, readiness for start-up ) Evaluate s ystem's installation & operational conditions Ability to perform onsite adjustment s to bring the units to the best running conditions Support customers in the installation, modification and repair of UPS product range Be able to identify if the failure is related to a quality issue/software issue / operation condition issue (Root cause Analysis) Requirements: • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. • 4 years with commissioning or field service repair with secure power. • Confirmed experience with Secure Power insulations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches) • Experience with installation and commission in Data Center is real advantage • Mandatory: fluent communication in English language (B2+ level min). • Good Software tools literacy: AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat. • Willingness to travel internationally for 70% of the working time.
