TASKS:
1. General planning for supervisors.
2. Holidays management.
3. Review of hours, diets and expenses generated on monthly basis.
4. Relocation travel costs.
5. Relocation of supervision costs to send them to the projects.
6. Management of department stock (tooling, PPE´s, clothes… ).
7. Welcome to newcomers spending time with them during their first weeks in the office while they are receiving the trainings.
8. Support the coordination of mobility team (VISA´s, mobility agreements, dates to be reported… ).
9. Support and manage yearly medical checks.
10. Check the conditions of the people during the travels and on site, trying to improve their situation.
11. Coordination of trainings.
YOUR PROFILE:
12. Having finished a degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar studies less than three years ago or having less than 9 credits left to finish it.
13. Interest in Administrative field.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
15. High English level.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Willingness to do an Internship.
