User Incentives team is constantly dealing with lots of data and numbers, which is why this role demands for an analytical profile, with experience in data manipulation and analysis. This is mainly an operational role that is in constant contact with other teams such as Product, CRM and Commercial.
Key tasks
1. Detailed recurrent configuration of different incentives such as Free Shipping and Vouchers using Alibaba’s internal platforms.
2. Coordinate across teams (local and Chinese) to execute and communicate different promotional strategies.
3. Analyze data from the promotional strategies and obtain key results.
4. Daily data tracking for the relevant information on different incentives in the platform.
Requirements
Qualifications : Location : Madrid
Language : Spanish and Advanced English mandatory
Excel skills : Medium – Advanced. Experience with data treatment is a must.
SQL : Not mandatory but a plus
Years of work experience : 1-2 years of experience in digital / tech industry
Education : Marketing, economics, business administration and management and similar
* 38.5 hours / week from Monday to Friday
* 6 month temporary contract with real possibility to get a permanent contract
* Salary : 19.744 € gross / year + up to 2.961,54 € gross / year in bonus
