Barrington James is seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager - Critical Care to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the acute care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement targeted account plans to maximise revenue and sales growth.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and identify new opportunities.
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring service requirements and clinical needs are met.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed customer data.
* Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and other relevant events.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
* A degree in life sciences is essential.
* Proven experience in account management or sales within critical care - medical devices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English is required;
additional language skills are advantageous.
